Battery life not long

Supposed to be faster if you leave it in S mode. If left in S mode it will not allow any downloads except from Microsoft -whaaat! Yup, so take it out of S mode and it takes a nose dive. Returned it- do NOT recommend any laptop that has operating system Windows-S

Too slow connectivity

I didn’t want to invest a lot of money because I already own a MacBook. This laptop does not connect to 5g internet speed so everything loads up slower and is unfit for my job which requires high speed internet. It crashes in Remote Desktop mode because of its inability to connect to 5g and often times kicks me out of the WiFi.

Had to send it to HP for Repair already

Had to call HP, work through all the hacks (none worked), and then had to send it in for repair. It has been received by HP and they are repairing it now.
