Basic computer

Knowing what you are buying is the key here. I needed web access, email, photo and video editing. BAM. This has windows s - bad Microsoft bad. Only being able to download from the Microsoft Store - really, really bad. Giving up window s permanently to get good downloads - unconscionable. BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION.

Microsoft edge doesn’t work

Headache

Gave me 1800 technical number found out it was in safe mode so I could only download things from Microsoft store. Lady tried to take off safe mode but was not successful. Ended up returning since no one could get me on the website with this computer.

Elan Touchpad issue

Tried updating the OS, restarting, resetting, uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling the drivers, updating the drivers, finally got it working. This is apparently a known issue and there are lots of fixes recommended for it on the internet, but none worked.

Worst laptop ever

It is super slow and the cooling fan is disruptive and loud you can buy a 200 dollars laptop better than this piece of junk.
