Defective product, poor after sales service

On turning on, the screen goes blank after a few seconds or sometimes minutes and you can hear the power on and the lights on on the device but just a black screen, It randomly flickers back on and then off again. Contacted best buy and they were of no help Very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY this item! Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

As per windows - you have to sign your life away to get this think up and running. Maybe it is windows and not HP but they should make the end user experience at least slightly competitive with apple.

When I trying to use the internet in this pc is realy slow not matter the website you I tried. But when I used different pc with my own wifi his pc is faster. Please don't waste your money.

We used zoom and spelling city. very unhappy with he purchase. This has good spec only reason gave a 2.
