Don’t like it at all and gave it to my 10 yrs grandson to do his schoolwork, I would have returned it if it wasn’t for $35 surcharge. This is a horrible laptop. I learned my lesson the hard way, you get what you paid for.

Pc is nice and light weight pretty snappy too. We’ve only had it for two years and now having issues with the screen not responding. It sucks because my son uses it for distance learning.

Since the first day I received it, it started giving me problems. When I turned it on and follow all the steps it gave me a pin error. After that error, the screen turned black and it started to glitch. I turned it off because it didn’t let me do anything at all. When I turned it back on it started to glitch again so I turned it off and didn’t turn it on till the next day. It started glitching again when I turned it back on, I was never able to use it for more than 10 minutes before it started to glitch. I also was not able install the antivirus on it.

It is slow and hard to start. Windows take long time to start almost 10-15 minutes. Video quality & sound when playing youtube is not clear.

Titus product is really slow matter what we do it was for my grandson school work but he can not keep up because computer funs to slow

Super slow computer, the display pic is so dim & not clear. It honestly hurts my eyes to look at the screen too long.

When it first arrived and I powered it on, it couldn't find the operating system and therefore useless. Is it possible there was damage upon arrival?

Very slow. College age son used for 6 months and we purchased an upgraded HP for $500.00 over the cost of this lap top.

Laptop was purchased as a short time user but the screen broke within 4 months. Due to the pandemic, no store was accepting assistance and Geek Squad said that they would have to send it back to Louisville, KY for evaluation. Since I had to have the laptop and after several turn on and off's I could get it running. For the monies, not a good laptop and disappointed in HP and Best Buy for such a very poor quality product.

I was working at home and needed an immediate replacement for a 5 year old samsung computer that suddenly failed. I purchased this online (the store was closed due to Covid) because it was immediately available for delivery and I assumed Best Buy sold quality products. I discovered however that this unit was slow to process, the start button and keys were unresponsive , and the key letters faded after only a few weeks use.

It keeps freezing and it’s very slow! I got this for collage. I needed it for the webcam and research. It did not meet my expectations.

Processor was very slow. Returned the laptop and still haven’t received our refund 9 days after they received it.

Poor quality display 4 GB ram too slow , we need at least 8 GB to run windows OS

Too thin of a plastic case. My screen broke with pixels issues and HP told me it’s my fault.

had it a few days then for no reason the laptop would not connect to my wifi when I was trying to use it 10 feet from the router. reset network settings, had geek squad try and fix it to no success. returned and got a different brand laptop.

I loved this when I first got it but less than a year later I had to get a new 1.

But as soon as I booted up hardware went bad. So had to bring back 2days later for a replacement

The battery doesn’t last as long suggested. Also for some reason I thought it has a backlight.

To be fair I had been used to a higher end lap top and I it’s clear now that cheaper is lesser.
