Save your money and get something better

Otherwise it’s not good for anything. Everything takes too long to load ,even web pages, you’d think it froze , but no, it’s just loading for ten seconds . Doesn’t have 5g WiFi capability, 2g only , but that won’t matter since it’s lagging all the time anyway .

Horrible Laptop

I can’t use it anymore because it won’t reboot.So I have a brand new laptop sitting on my desk that I can’t use. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Dnt waste your money.

Garbage

The processor cannot handle it. Worst computer I ever owned. How do they make such a garbage piece of equipment? A computer made 10 years ago would have no problem doing this. Best Buy should be ashamed of itself for selling it.

Don't bother

When this happens, I have to run and get my mom's laptop (a different HP), and log back onto things. I regret buying this laptop!!!

Terrible purchase

Its just now barely out of the Manufacturers warranty and my year of Geek Squad has expired and the laptop no longer works. It doesn't boot up and had IT attempt to fix it and they let me know its DEAD..

Battery doesn’t last long

I barely do anything on it before I get the notification that my battery is low. Not happy with this purchase
