Faulty plug

After not even 3 months the charging cord will not charge laptop. Tried a different plug and same thing happened. Both plugs work on a different HP laptop. Very disappointed. Now she needs it for school.

Sooooo slow - waste of money

Out of the box it could barely load YouTube, let alone stream a movie. Sending this back immediately. Should cost $59 on clearance not $300.

Worst laptop I have ever owned

I would recommend people to avoid this laptop model.

Not happy at all

It stopped working

I returned it to bestbuy and they sent it back to HP. Waiting for a couple weeks now and I haven’t heard anything yet...

Open Box Computer

Lasted 3 Weeks...

Was okay (kind of slow, but okay) for three weeks, until a growing dead spot appeared on the screen. Was about 2” around before we returned it.

Buy a Surface instead

HP has failed us with this one
