I bought this for the wife to do school work. It works great for what she needs. The touch pad is kinda wonky but hey. For the price it was worth it.

Nice basic laptop at a good price. Bought to help with online classes for. Child and has been a good investment. No problems so far. For the price speed and loading times are adequate.

Needed another computer once COVID-19 shut school down and she had to do it from home. It gets the job done for.her school work but unfortunately she spends a tom of time on it playing Roblox.

The laptop is decent for the price can be a little slow but not bad for the basics battery could last longer

I was looking to updated my pc and I found this laptop for the right price and it perfect it very easy to use it. If I was ask to recommend to friends and family yes i would Great product so far!!!

For a lower priced computer with a modest CPU and RAM it does a great job for my use of Quicken, Office 365 and Outlook which is part of Office. It’s not a a MainFrame but I’m very happy with it.

good computer for basic computing. there are a lot of similar computers so price is one of the issues when buying. not for gaming at all. would be great for basic functions for school age kids.

We found the 14" was too small for our use and returned it. We did get another HP computer as that is what we have had and like the HP brand for over 10 years. We just needed a larger one.

I bought this for my son to use for online school to finish the school year. Shipping was fast, the laptop was very affordable and is impressively fast. I would definitely recommend computer.

granddaughter loves hers..uses it all the time daughter wanted something small that was easy to take with you...uses it for her business...fit the bill

After doing a bit of research, I decided on this laptop. It has some quirks in terms of running different applications, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars, but I have been very pleased. I don't typically run a lot of tabs and use the apps a bit more than I had done with previous laptops, which seems to help in terms of performance. The video camera is pretty solid, and the computer is quite light. The keyboard is amazing! I may buy a mouse plug in since the mouse can be a little bit volatile, but other than that, it has been a good value purchase.

The price is good. It was difficult to get out of safe mode. It works good for my daughters needs. Not the most memory but will work for school work

I'm currently a full-time student, online, and I also am a supervisor full-time. I needed a laptop to finish assignments when I couldn't be home. I'm a third shifter with 4-kids, so it's stressful to make the time necessary to study. I bought this because it was inexpensive and seemed to be able to perform at the minimal level I require. I'm delighted to see it has enough memory for Microsoft Office 365, as I have an access key to it through my institution. So far, it's been running fast with no delays in data processing. I'm thrilled with the product and would recommend this if someone is looking for an inexpensive laptop for college that is not a Google Chromebook.

This here was the best starter computer for my kids. Since the whole covid, everything went virtual and our kids needed computers. This will get the job done with out hurting your pockets

This HP laptop is great for the price. the processor is fast and reliable. If you need a laptop for paying bills, shopping and email this is the one.

I needed a laptop for home use so I could connect with my other devices such as the printer. This one works great and came at a fantastic price!

The saying goes...."to old to cut the mustard " is my problem. I told my time with the help of the staff to find some thing that was close to what i had....and we did a good job . Thank goodness my neighbor was a young fell that help to get it lined up.....still having problems but when i turn 80 (in april) i might know what i am doing. A few of the older customers said they need to laptops also but cant afford the set up that Best Buy charges ...so happy for my neighbor...as always Best Buy has the best prices and fantastic staff ...

Great personal PC daughter loves it that's more than what she needs helps her with her homework easy to use looking up information touch screen is perfect no issues.

Good picture with good sound. Relatively easy to setup. I would rather had three TV with a ROKu connection rather than the WEB/OS connection.

This is great and meet my needs. I just wanted something easy to use to surf the internet and pay my bills online. This is perfect for that .
