Good laptop but you need to add 8gb memory ram. Very quiet, websites are opening very quickly. If you are looking for something to watch online TV this is perfect.

This is A OK PC the only thing about it is that period the PC sometimes can be a little slow and start up slow too but all our is a pretty good computer I use it mostly for school sorry I don't use it that much for any game that I have download some steam games but they're very small dating soon so I don't have a good read on that but for the most part it's a pretty good computer.

I love the silver color of the computer and it works just the way I want it. I am happy that I bought it when it was on sale. A good price for such a nice piece.

This was a Christmas gift for our 27 y.o. ASD daughter, so she just opened it yesterday morning. I may be wrong, but isn't 7 hours a short battery lefe from a full charge? We had to get rid of Microsoft 10 S because we were only allowed to get aps from the Microsoft Store, but that was easy enough. We're still having trouble hooking up our printer. It's def an older model, but works just fine for us. I wish there were better directions for adding a printer. Other than that, it's really nice. Finish is quite beautiful, big letters on keys make it easier to read, and plenty of settings to make the device work. My husband downloaded Open Office for her and that's great. We haven't tried the webcam yet, but hope it works like all the others around. Great price for good value.

I've had this laptop for six weeks now. I'm using it for work to remote in on a daily basis. The processor speed has been reliable to date and I am able to have multiple tabs open at once from web browsers with no interruption. I had an issue with the battery failing, but that was repaired via warranty. The only other issue that I have experienced is the paint in the keys has worn in a short period of time. All in all I would still say that this laptop was worth the money.

This popped up in my "Deal of the Day" and was $100 off the regular price of $300. I grabbed it for my wife. She's used it a little over a month and loves it!

My son needed a laptop due to the quarantine. This was reasonably priced and has worked great for him to do everything for his school! Quick delivery too!

Purchased this Laptop for my son when another Laptop he owned from another store stopped working and it was only 2 months old! So that being said I needed a laptop around Black Friday time frame at the last minute to take back to school after the holiday. Best Buy came through, helped me get the laptop in the evening the same day and my son was able to do his homework. I will continue to use Best Buy for my electronic needs and not go anywhere else!

It's very lightweight and slim. It has a very fast operating system. The only downside - no lights behind the keys. Cannot see keys unless in full light.

This laptop was a bargain! It's got great features for my son that needed it for home schooling. Plus, he also enjoys it for gaming. Definitely recommend.

I have been buying laptops and PC's for 20 years, i have a business, use social media and email, this HP laptop works just fine, i recently bought an expensive ASUS from BestBuy that was expensive but in the returned section 40% off so i took a chance, i see now why the ASUS at 4 X the money was returned, it's slow and takes 10 minutes to warm up, Life's to short for that, and Dell iv'e been buying since they started, stopped for years with all the other options available, took a chance and got one cheap, it too is great, plug and play out of the box.

Good product for basic use and some gaming, speed is also nice.

Well i purchased this one for my daughter we was having problems out of it moving slow even with being connected to wifi when we go to look things up it will go back to the home screen so unfortunately we took it back to get another but different brand but i brought my other daughter and HP she haven't had any problems so for so i guess the other HP was just a bad one
