hard to get familiar with

Its extremely slow, doesn't like what I ask it to do so have to ask it several times, annoying! Still a work in progress after a few weeks.

Great, Cheap Laptop

Like many others, I upgraded the RAM which was quite easy (I've never done it before and was able to figure it out very easily). I also accidentally dropped a glass of water on it the first time I used it and it's worked just fine. I'm a college instructor and have used this to run Access databases and do work in Tableau all while streaming via Zoom and it's handled things like a champ! No complaints and well worth the money.
