Great value

It works well for their zoom meetings and running all the programs they need from Microsoft Office and searching the web. They do some streaming but no gaming. They have been a bit rough with it and it has held up well. I expect this will serve them well through high school (another 5 years).

Great computer fast processing

I returned it to Best Buy and this one was suggested for what I needed. I needed to be able to participate in zoom meetings while accessing Microsoft teams and excel while screen sharing. The processor is fast. Email and documents download quickly. I like the 10-key number pad on the keyboard. It also has a touch pad to unlock computer.

Great for home use

Well, it does have the app, but will only work if you have the PRO instead of the HOME model. I had to download the PRO software (which cost an extra $100) to be able to use the remote desktop to work from home. Great little laptop for sure. Just make sure you read the details between HOME vs PRO.
