Good laptop

The AMD processor seems fast enough when having multiple applications open. I haven't had any issues as of yet. The one thing I would like is a numpad because it does add to the convenience when entering a lot of numbers. I should've double checked before I made the purchase, but that's my fault.

This is a great machine for the price. It is ideal for web access basic spreadsheets and documents. Not what I would look for for video editing, but could handle the job if needed. All the hardware is not current, but for the price it has better than average features.

Computer works ok to do my telework

So i can do my work, Where is the hold button located in this computer? Your company did not send me the mouse , as stated, or any instructions on how to preform this functions. Please assist me so i can do my telework. Thank you very much in advance for response

Gift for friends

Finally it went down. No reviving. They both were devastated, since neither had a way to communicate to friends and family. After hearing about their circumstances I felt compelled to reach out and gift one to my friends. At Christmas they were speak less and so Happy with the product.
