Very happy with my laptop

I found myself needing to replace my laptop at Christmas and it really wasn't in my budget. I found it on sale at Best Buy and when I got to the store 2 days later it was even $20 less and I was thrilled. They are always very helpful and it did everything that I needed - so I was thrilled. Once again Best Buy and HP have made me happy!

Great low-end laptop at a reasonable price!

This PC fits the bill perfectly and was a good low-priced choice. He doesn't need much disk space, so the 128GB drive was acceptable ... and solid state for a disk drive is always a welcome thing.

I only use this to get on the web for searches / bill pay. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to load. This was meant to replace my Mac that is over 10 years old and was giving me problems...and I have had to keep coming back to the Mac that this laptop was meant to replace to get anything done in a reasonable time frame. Kicking myself for not returning it within the return window.

great travel laptop

Perfect size and the SSD boots up fast. You will want to switch out of Windows Safe mode and upgrade the RAM, for 25 bucks I added an 8GB slot in so now I have 12 GB of RAM. Haven't had a chance to seriously test out the battery yet.

Great for the price

No real comparison but this laptop is great for the price and basic use. No touch screen and almost twice as thick, I only use this for regular internet surfing and now with social distancing I have been using video apps and it works great. Can be a little slow on the start screen but everything else is normal.
