It’s lightweight
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered an HP online the keyboard didn’t work, drove to 2 Best Buy’s to exchange it, the one they had in stock had a big dent, so this was recommended as comparable. It’s so slow, I should of returned it and waited for something else.

S-Mode Cannot Be Disabled
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this computer, but Window S-Mode precludes using any software not bought from Microsoft. I disabled S-Mode on another computer, but it just can't be done on this one. I followed the instructions to the letter, but at the final step nothing happened. The Windows App Store technician tried to fix this by reloading Windows, but we still could not get rid of S-Mode and go to plain Windows Home. The technician said this is a problem with the Windows software, not the computer. I have spent many frustrating hours working on this problem.
