So glad I did. In fact, if I had known it would perform so well I would have bought another one for myself. It was on sale at a fantastic price. I like the fact that it is upgradable. Many entry level one's aren't. It was delivered on time (free) and she has used it every day.

One was for my son, who is a student, and the other was for my daughter, who is a teacher. They both really like it, and it’s come in very handy for online school now.

don't like it

Don't get me wrong, I love HP. I will buy high-end HP next time. I will buy for kids and if they break it, it will not hurt my pocket.

I first bought a different HP laptop that was a lower model, and it was too slow for me. I splurged and upgraded to this model and I love it. The speed is great, it does everything I need it to. I would definitely recommend this laptop for anyone who needs it for basic reasons.

I was able to find what I need right away and the price was the lowest here than anywhere else. I was happy to know that they had it available within hours if me paying for it online and I didn’t even have to get down they brought right to the window of my car with a smile and all!
