Best Buy SAVED me during COVID19

It was under guarantee but the estimated between 15 to 20 business days for a diagnosis y, maybe, a repare. I needed to continue working so as not to loose my job, and Best Buy saved the day. The delivery was delayed, 24 hours, but the the new computer is working FANTASTIC!!!

Works great for middle school online learning!

I purchased this product for my 7th grader. She has been able to complete projects through multiple systems, and participate easily in google and zoom meetings. The computer works well, with decent speed for basic use.

Good value but WiFi not working

Have everything I need except the WifI is not working properly. Need to be in same room, otherwise it couldn't find it. Also, can't find other public wifi either.

Great Computer for the Price

Right out of the box I was able to get it set up change to Windows10 operating system and it was quick and easy. The computer works great for her and has excellent capacity for her needs. I would recommend this for any student as a first computer.
