The laptop is an item i need as a college student. This one was at a great price range. The only downside to this is the battery. The battery gets drained fast. Other than than an amazing product.

It’s an excellent machine for kids and beginners. Have all the basic stuff you need also it’s very a great deal. Thanks Best Buy for matching the price.

So far so good. If you're looking for something to browse the internet, check email or do basic activities. It used Windows 10S so you have to download apps at Microsoft store only. I do not find this a big deal as we dont download many apps. It is faster than other basic laptops due to SSD. Happy with purchase!

When the COVID-19 pandemic happened, we needed another computer in our home for youngest daughter. I purchased this one so that she could complete her remote learning assignments and it’s been perfect for her. She was able to participate in Zoom classes and during her downtime stream movies on Netflix.

Great screen size for school work and Netflix. I bought the computer to use for school and web surfing. I have watch Netflix also. My son likes to use it sometimes for his Roblox game. He says "It doesn't lag". Happy that it has a memory card slot because I have uploaded some photos. Great basic computer.

It replaced HP Pavilion x360. My daughter only got 2 years of use out of it. It is slow and has slow connection to internet

I am very happy with this nice little HP 14-inch computer now I've added on an external CD player makes it a complete computer now it's fast I like it I really do like it very happy with it and very happy with the help I got getting it the people were very friendly and helpful I enjoyed having them help me

Light and thin. Boots up in less than 40 seconds. Has SSD drive but bit limited capacity. I'm just using a SD card as back up storage. Has built in SD card slot that's not sticking out too much. I don't have to remove SD card cause of this. Love this Laptop. Very happy with my purchase.

Needed a laptop for a non-computer person. This works fine. Has ease of use, a good keyboard and mouse and enough space. If someone needs a laptop where they need to load programs, this is not for you. We use it mainly for on-line stuff.

This is a simple laptop for simple things. Working on multiple tasks is slow but this is a fine computer for the price. It does not hold a charge long if you utilize constant use. But, it would is a value and a solid laptop. Will upgrade.

I had to get a laptop for online school, it was good until it started to slow down after a week of usage. Mind you, i only use it for school work. Nothing more but still gets the job done.

If you’re looking for a good buy I looked through 3 laptops which were in stock at the time and picked this one for the best deal. I can say this computer is a great buy. The battery life lasts 4 hours. It does take a good amount of time to charge. It is very slim, fast and seems to be reliable.

I brought this laptop as a gift for my son who is in high school. The reason I choose this color is because he is a boy and this color is more natural for him to carry around. This was a surprise gift to my son that he had no idea he was getting this. He love this surprise and very grateful for it.

Good timing to have gotten a new laptop just before being required to work from home. I've had no problems with it since being on it 12-16 hours per day for the last week. My only regret is not having the numbers pad on this keyboard.

Bought this for my son for his 17th birthday. One of the selling managers pointed out that this would be a Best Buy and he was right. My son loves this laptop. It has everything he needs to help him with his music to his homework. I’m glad that I bought this laptop. I’d recommend to anyone.

I bought this for my 10 year old to use for homeschooling. She was rather disappointed to find out it really can’t play the games most kids like to play these days. But it works great in aiding her on her educational journey.

Pretty slow and then it would not reboot. It got stuck on windows and I had to return it. Upgraded to a dell inspiron. Sometimes you have to invest to get more bang for your buck.

I thoroughly enjoy this new little laptop. It does what I needed to do, and I was up and running with it almost immediately after I opened the package. The resolution of the screen is great, the battery life is good, and the size is perfect and very convenient to carry around with me.

My old laptop crashed. I needed another one, quick. I used another laptop, went online, picked one out and then went to pick it up, all in one day. The service was amazing, the people couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. When you go to Best Buy, you get just that...your Best Buy.
