This laptop is perfect for the beginner and can be upgraded to a larger ssd drive and it can be upgraded to 16gb of ram. Its a basic laptop for daily use or trips. Works well

This laptop works fine for my purpose. I have another laptop for pictures, Microsoft Office, etc. I like the keyboard. The colors do not display near as vivid as my other laptop. Therefore, I would not want to use the laptop as the primary source for looking at my pictures.

Got what we paid for. It’s bare bones and nothing fancy. If you need a cheap laptop to do minimal stuff, it’s great. Don’t expect to game or do a lot of video chat with it.

Great value laptop! Got it for basic needs... email, video calls, Microsoft office. The computer updates and antivirus installation was very time consuming a bit of a hassle. That’s my only complaint but overall it’s good.

Terrific computer, you can't beat the specs for the price. Not for major computing but much more functional than a Chromebook. It has a premium look but is plastic and aluminum. great all-around computer. not recommended for gaming, photo editing or video editing. Perfect for school

great hp laptop for the price of $220.00 that was on sale. runs fast and is easy to setup. doesnt come with harddrive just ssd for web browsing and documents only. comes with graphics card for casual gaming and with 4gb of memory for everyday multitasking. would recommend to anyone.

I have operated slower moving computers before... But not since the 90’s. All primary functions worked as intended, just not at a very fast pace. On and offline. Despite online connectivity being connected via Ethernet cable directly to a modem 5 feet away that produces very high speeds with any other device. If you are not accustomed to the seamless flow of data instantaneously obeying your commands and you are not on any deadlines, it is certainly not the worst of the worst.

Had this computer for a few months and it's really slow. Barely download anything and searching is horrible. Thought it was my wifi but everything else moves fine

I bought this for just generic surfing. The battery life seems to suffer a bit. I have a 5 year old ThinkPad running Windows 10 Pro that will run longer than this model.

Pretty slick laptop, no real issues. About a month after owning it and taking very good care of it, the left mouse button broke. Still worked, was just off kilter and sounded weird. No performance issues.

I was excited about upgrading my laptop and then I received this one and quickly became unexcited and disappointed. Shiny and new but the performance left little to be desired. The log in is slow. The transition from window to window is extremely slow. When I searched the internet the results populated extremely slow. I intend to explore why the performance is slow but the city is on lockdown due to COVID, so its difficult. My other laptop performs at a much faster pace and it is 10 years old.

I decided to go with the 128GB SS drive because I use my laptop for mostly streaming, listening to music and collecting pictures I take with my phone. This computer fits the bill. I am used to using 17s and 15.4s, so its 14-inch size is really great for my on-the-go lifestyle.

The computer is a good computer, I had to learn more about it than my last PC but I'm getting used to it and I know I will like it more as time goes on. I like the swiftness of a new PC and it is fast enough for me. I got a great deal so I bought it even though I have a good PC.

this is for 9 year old,although I have used it,I'm not a pc expert but could live with this has good speed and gets the job done ssd storage is great and ads to speed,I think best option for 399.00 no compliants.

Bought it on sale and was looking for as basic as it comes. Bought it with the intention of helping my child get through the distance learning zoom meetings and simple word documents but even that had its limitations. Bought 2 of them and ended up returning one.

I purchase this laptop a month ago. This would not be another one of my purchases when surfing the web its very slow. Other than being so it was an alright purchase.

I got this for 129 at sale price in Best buy. What else can you buy for that price that runs MS Office, Youtube and does decent browsing. Surprisingly very fast boot-up and good Keyboard. Also impressive Battery time.

This is my second like this. They are great computers for students and basic computer use. I take away one star because of the 2G connection but it still runs pretty fast. Set up is easy and start up is always fast.

I haven't had a computer in a long time. I got this because I need to do things that I can't do on my phone. So far I like it but I haven't figured out how to do with I need to do. If nothing else it's a fun toy
