This computer is good for someone that just wants to use for small projects. I wanted it for word & excel. It does what I want it to do. Like the color. Great size & light weight. Just what I was looking for.

I’ve been a Mac girl forever but my online school only supports Windows products when it comes to free software. I decided to give this laptop a try due to the inexpensive price rag and it has been great. Great battery life and nice screen size and resolution.

Quiet ,Cute ,and it feels more like a premium level laptop ! It’s fast smooth and easy to use ! I like how big the letters for type are , like the size of my laptop and the size of my ac adapter to plug in to charge price that I got it for was a steal ! High recommend!

Works great and we bought this for our daughter to do hrr school work online. Screen is not very bright would be mh only complaint. Always buy HP laptops and the quality is always great.

Bought this for my job since COVID I've been working from home so I wanted to get something that was not too expensive and would do the job. And it does the job perfectly!! I love it and it's still working a year later

Great laptop, bought for my teenager for virtual school. Only downfall is that there’s no access for a disk drive, so you would need to download any movies you plan to watch using this

Great little laptop just too small very hard to read some things would definitely get a bigger screen next time we didn’t realize when it says how big screen is that it’s actually smaller than that number

This is a solid first timer laptop for kids and some adults. You're limited due to the edition of windows that is running on the machine. you have two choices buy an upgrade key or buy a more expensive laptop.

I bought this for my dad, who really needed a computer for basic Excel and internet usage. For someone who doesn't need to do intensive work, this computer is able to leverage the SSD and perform more quickly than most other laptops at this price.

I bought this laptop for my little brother in high school. He needed one since classes are going online. This laptop is perfect in every way. It is nice and slim so it fits anywhere. It has a great amount of memory and its over all finish makes it classy.

I bought this for me for Christmas and have enjoyed it to do what I need. I especially like being able to share my iPhone pics videos and files with it. I liked it so much I wet back and bought my son one.

I bought it for my daughters to use as we have transitioned to 100% distance learning. My daughter loves it. Sometimes it gives us problems connecting to zoom but overall GREAT computer for teenagers.

Had to replace a Chromebook for this HP so I could work from home during this pandemic. It was easy to get operational and it efficiently allows me to utilize the desktop at my office remotely with minimal issue. Very good computer at a very good price.

I needed a backup machine that would run windows and certain specialized psychological testing software. This was inexpensive enough and turned out to be a speedy little value for the money. I can’t believe how little it costs and how good the display is.

The product is great for basic usage, and mid level tasks. I like it because it is easy to type, the size of keys, etc. The computer does not take a lot of room, it is compact and gives more space on desk.

Speed and function is as expected for the specs which is perfect for my wife's needs. Except there is no print driver for windows 10 s that works with my printer (brother MFC5460cn). This really surprised me as there is a compatible driver for Windows 10 but not for Windows 10 S. So if you have a printer you want to print from this machine then check to make sure your printer is supported. The print manufacturer should show what printers they support for 10 s.

In the midst of the pandemic, this was the best option on the market locally. It has turned out well and easy to use. Seems better than a ChromeBook I would've purchased had they been in stock!

My new HP laptop is almost like my old one so it was super easy to get adjusted. The things that changed make it easier to use. It's much faster for one thing. It's a bit smaller and lighter so I like that too.

this is a great labtop for students, does everything it suppose to do, small and lightweight in size, even pretty fast and your able to have multiple tabs up at the same time. this was a great buy on Black Friday, wish I had brought another one for myself.
