Bought this for my grandson. He loves it but could not get the trend micro internet security to install that came with 6 months free. Was told it will not work on this laptop because it has win 10s. Why would they offer it with the purchase?

This is perfect for your young student. The memory is good. The processor is fastest at the price point (Black Friday). I went with the SSD over the Bigger 500gb. I wanted performance over storage. With Cloud based and ext HD it was the right choice.

This laptop is a great laptop to use for everyday home use. Once you change it out of windows S mode it much more useful. Speed is great for home use. If you are looking for gaming use, or heavy on RAM use programs, this is not the model for you.

Got this product on sale on line for store pick-up. Perfect for my purposes. Email and basic business applications like excel word and power point with MS Office 365. Price was great. Having to get used to Windows 10 but I’ll figure it out in no time.

I have purchased this item for virtual meeting use for my kids amid this pandemic crisis. I am so glad that this laptop has completely met the need for them. The item has arrived on time as expected. So satisfied with this purchase experience !

The first one i got stopped working after about 3 uses. The geek squad warranty got it replaced. Using for college so hopefully this replacement will last a bit longer. I do like that it has an ssd.

I bought this to replace another that was worn out. I like most features but was spoiled by my last machine. I may look to upgrade memory and other things like some others have stated. Overall it is a good laptop for all of your basic needs.

Not super powerful and can be slow loading YouTube but it gets the job done. My hard drive died in my old MacBook and while I search for a new one, I brought this just to keep up with my writing.

Had a great Samsung Chromebook for 6 years but cracked my screen and it was no longer getting updates. Plus my wife couldn't use it for a work Citrix application. Needed windows 10. Very satisfied. Light, fast modern looking. Couldn't be happier!

We needed a basic laptop to handle working from home and distance learning during the pandemic. This has worked for web browsing, email, basic Office tasks and Zoom meetings all pretty well.

I bought this computer for my daughter to use for her distance learning assignments after the COVID19 shutdown. It has proven to be an excellent investment. She has been able to complete all of her assignments online with minimal problems.

I bought this for a basic stripped down PC simply to run Cad. It is pretty responsive and I immediately bought two 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM Notebook. It is now ready for action! You cannot go wrong with this little spitfire. Rock on folks!

It's slow. I'm not used to that. For a computer I think it should have more function capabilities. For the price - it's function is adequate.

Have been using this product for college and it has not let me down. I give this quite the use with up to 9 hours of day of homework. The battery isn’t amazing but it does charge quick and lasts for a reasonable time.

Needed a laptop quickly because of Covid-19, I am working from home. Received laptop in one day and it was really easy to set up. I was a bit nervous because at times, I can be technically challenged, lol! Would definitely recommend.

Not inpressed with this laptop as it is very slow when trying to multitask. As long as you only have one window open and arent trying to play games, music, or even get a little work done (hence the Not Safe For Working in the title), you may be ok. I think it world make a great starter laptop like for a pre teen or older adult. Also with the low memory and the constant updates to Windows, I worry this may be come full in a matter of no time.
