I bought it for taking online classes. However, it didnt take long that i realized this laptop has trouble operating the zoom. It’s lagging all the time! Apparently, it’s not possibe to do simple multitasking while opening video-related programs (netflix, zoom..) In addition, Win 10 in s mode doesnt allow to open or install several programs. Some of them are necessary for some people. This laptop might be only proper to use as a single, simple working such as making documents.

was apprehensive about a laptop this works great is faster than my desktop have adjusted to using finger as a mouse only thing i will do different next is get one with a touch screen this is a definite hit

This laptop has good specs considering the cost. I would recommend it for users looking for a laptop to do something simple like schoolwork or basic application.

Easy to use for beginners. COVID has forced teachers to be behind technology and this HP has served me well. Thank you very much. More expense isn't necessary to get the job done well. This is perfect!

HP has very good computers but the screen start coming out of the body one week after the warranty expired. I only used it as a notebook once.

Good laptop. I like the quickness that it provides.

this is a good one to have if you are not needing a lot of drive space but if your needing a CD drive do not get this because their is no CD drive.

It was on sale for $199. The price was hard to beat. It came with 4gigs of ram and 128gig Nvme HD. I added 4 gigs of ram and a bigger 500gig Nvme HD for under $100. Now it keeps up with the big boys.

I give this as a gift to some I know who really need this since she can't afford to buy laptop. This laptop according to her is fast, easy to use, good for making reports and projects and its very helpful.

Love the compact size and light weight of this unit. Great for average internet/email usage. Seemed a little sluggish initially but that was solved by add 8megs of RAM to the 4megs it came with.

The features are great at this price! And the size is large enough without being bulky and easy to carry out and about. Larger screens are more for home use and gaming. This one is just right.

It works well for online school. However the enter buttons on the mousepad are really loud when you click on then. At first I thought something was broke

I purchased this laptop for me and my children. It has been a blessing with all their online schooling. It keeps up with everything we are doing. Fast at bringing pages up. Very happy with this item.

For the cost its not a bad laptop at all. It runs pretty smoothly as long as its not over loaded with junk. Perfect for school, and work. No complains here.

I bought this computer for my son as a Christmas gift. So far so good. He’s pretty happy with it. He uses it for small music production and surfing the net...

In safe mode, works great & updates dont fill memory. Added sdcard for all downloads, files & pics. Fine for web search, youtube, netflix & email.

Purchased this laptop for my wife to work from home during this COVID-19 pandemic. It has worked great for her to access everything she needs. She loves how lite weight it is to move around with her.

Windows 10S is terrible - called online support to take it off safety mode and it completely messed up my computer (no Login screen). Had to pay Geek Squad 180 bucks to reload everything and take safety mode off for a 300 dollar computer. Computer works great after the issue was fixed. 10S sucks avoid the headache
