Well I assumed this computer would have great battery life and be quick since it was new. However, it loses a battery percent a minute, so it can only be off its charge for 100 minutes- not even two hours. It’s also abominably slow, my 6 year old chromebook runs faster and longer than this NEW laptop. I’m looking into returning it asap. Not worth the $300, maybe worth $100 or less

Made this purchase for my wife with her going back to school and she loves it! It’s been going strong for 2 years now! Definitely a great purchase.

This PC meets my needs to remote work. I plug it into my modem because of the number of devices connected in the house. No problems yet. I recommend it.

I love my computer. No problems at all. I had to purchase this item because I started working from home. I had the Hp Envy before this one and I loved that computer. Very good product.

Its a very good laptop and was in my budget. It might not be the best laptop, but I use it for work to write reports and go online. It works perfect. It's also pretty light so its easier for me to carry.

I purchased this in a jam during the pandemic as the laptop I wanted was not available. Mistake, it is so slow.

Bought this product for my daughter to use while taking online classes. She has not had any complaints and feel it is an asset to her learning experience.

I’m reasonably satisfied overall with my new HP relative to how much I paid. I love that it’s light and compact. I do notice that the processing speed is not great, especially if I’m trying to multitask. I do a lot of video conferencing. The video and sound quality are excellent, but the battery life doesn’t seem as long as the 10 hours listed in the specs. I think it was a good quick fix option in a pinch, but I will be looking to upgrade as soon as I’m able.

Overall not a bad computer. Seems to slow down quite a bit if using on wifi trying to view videos. Would reccomend still because it is very user friendly.

The laptop is super light and good quality. I got it for streaming services and it does well. Picture quality is great and it's easy to understand.

I actually got another laptop but ended up with this one. Its fast it does the job. I have no complaints. Keyboard is smooth. Easy to type, easy to navigate, and use. Set up was a breeze.

We bought this for personal use, it’s super light- easy to function- battery last a long time and doesn’t shut right off when says low battery. Very pleased with the whole overall project

Purchased for normal use such as surfing the web and email. Great laptop for the price. I did purchase separately and upgrade the ram to 8gb though.

This was a gift for my daughter. She loves it. It has more than enough memory, ideal graphics and excellent monitor size. This pc fits nicely in her backpack. The best part was the price.

This laptop is ok...pretty slow only good for browsing the net, watching netflix and using word.
