This is the second laptop as the first would not boot up and was immediately returned. So far so good and works well with no issues

For a reasonably priced laptop, this unit performs pretty well. Purchased for elderly grandparent for content consumption.

Simple laptop, nothing fancy, good for basic use. I would next time buy something with more memory. But its ok for "basic" use.

This purchase was for my daughter for nursing school. She loves it. I am so impressed with it that I am considering buying one for myself to replace my HP that's 12 years old!!

Would prefer a larger screen. This one is 14 inch! Smaller than the 15 inch models.

I purchased this laptop so that I would have the ability to work from home. After almost a month I have had zero problems with it.

Bought this for a mobile office solution. Just basic word processing, spreadsheets, email and surfing the web. Perfect for this use.

Definitely good for on-line courses and simple tasks. But had to get use to not using the touch screen feature as I previously own.

These are working perfectly for my kids’ online home schooling work. Bought them so they’d all have a computer for class meetings and doing online work and it’s been great!

Nice little machine for the money. Happy to see a minimum of junk software. The only big downside is unavoidable: it runs Windows.

was looking for an inexpensive machine for email and internet not a workhorse just something light to travel with. this machine checked all the boxes. light and travels well

This is the perfect computer if you are wanting something simple for personal use. We bought it for online learning and general web browsing. Definitely a great deal!!

I picked up laptop at store, however, no help is offered in setting up word and adding pictures from older laptop to this one.

This is a good laptop for the price. This laptop is a little under powered for videos like those on Youtube with higher resolution.

So far, so good. I wish it had come with Microsoft Office (and not just a trial version), but overall I'm happy with the purchase.
