Great computer for school aged kids to complete homework assignments, great connectivity to wifi and it fits nicely in backpack.

I picked up laptop at store, however, no help is offered in setting up word and adding pictures from older laptop to this one.

Cheap and slow, no AC wifi, but I upgraded it myself with a wifi6 card, and put two 8gb RAM cards in there, now I have a laptop worth $1000+ This laptop is super easy to upgrade, you can remove the back panel only with a small screwdriver and access the wifi card and RAM slots, without messing with the keyboard, motherboard..., no chance of messing it up, super easy DIY upgrades. 5 stars now.
