    Bought for my 11 y/o son for online school. Works well for an entry level computer. Not a fan of the Mode S, other than that is efficient.

    Bought this as a gift. The important feature was that this be a Windows based notebook (vs. Chromebook). It set up and performed well right out of the box.

    Granddaughter wanted larger laptop and this made the mark. She loves the screen size and loves the speed of the loading of programs. Was a Christmas gift!!

    Good overall laptop in every aspect. Speed is just fine for home use and keyboard is comfortably tactile. Aesthetically pleasant and desktop friendly.

    Very disappointed in this laptop. The wifi is not dual band but single band which was not stated at all meaning the internet can only get 2g not 5g. Windows Home S means you cannot download any other apps like Zoom which was needed for my sons remote learning or any other apps that cannot be downloaded from the Microsoft website. Overall not worth buying.
