    I'm really disappointed in how slowly this laptop responds. It is slow to start up, and it is very slow to respond to commands. I am very disappointed in the processing speed. My old laptop (Lenovo) was much better than this one. I selected it because the price was very competitive, but I wish I had gone with a better model.
