    I would not recommend this laptop. Office is not included and can be installed for $99 per year. The camera does not turn on. In order for tech support to figure out why, I would need to pay another $99.99. I am not a gamer. I just wanted a basic computer that I could use. This one has not turned out to be user friendly.

    Purchased for my son during this quarantine for homeschooling... my only concern so far is the battery life is poor. Says it should a battery life of 12 hrs but it is barely lasting 4 hrs. Fully charged in the morning and few hrs into doing school work it requires charging. Speed wise it’s fine for what he needs it for.

    To sum it all up I don’t understand windows 10 . When I asked for support from Best Buy they hung up on me. That was just a waste the time I called twice no help.I’m bout ready to return it before the time runs out. Not very happy with the service at Best Buy.
