Invest in something better. This laptop runs extremely slow and not worth the frustration.

I guess I got what I paid for. It started blinking out a few days after I received.

Horrible merchandise slow and had a pin lock code.

Keeps on crashing so I have to return it and exchange it for something else.

Not good. Died after 5 months. Fully charged but does not turn on.

Hard to use. I avoid it mostly. Wish I had looked around more

You get what you pay for. I needed a windows laptop for tests at school. This one is really slow for even basic web browsing. I would recommend getting something better, even if you don't need it for much. It is pretty painful to use

It's a computer,but not a very good one. I am sorry I bought it.

The winows S thing it comes with makes this machine as usable as an old tablet but far weaker. The thing crashes constantly, right out if the box, is incredibly slow. If I wasn't waiting on a different laptop I would throw this out.

I bought this item, couldn't use it, called geek squad, went to the store and they couldn't fix it. The store recommended to get another one. I did, we temoved the S10 which is awful, and it didn't work again and had to return it

I got it for Christmas. It kept locking up. I returned it to Best Buy. That laptop also locked up. I plan to return it to Best Buy for a different model. I have to drive 40 miles round trip to the closest Best Buy.

It's a typical PC.....you get what you pay for on this one

the service at the store is horrible..... i purchased this on maryland pky and the store personnel do not have any patience with people who are not familiar with windows 10 or laptops.....whenever i asked for help, they hung up on me twice... I will not ask for help again

Honestly, what a waste of money. Literally opened this up to use brand new out of the box. It has frozen up then shuts down EVERY DAY since opened that first day. We didn't want to buy an HP because of how bad they are and this definitely secured that decision. Don't waste the money.

I picked up this computer, got home turned it on and screen had green lines across it and speakers sounded horrible. Returned it, picked up another one and it doesn't even turn on. Left it plugged in all night with no success. Will be returning it and getting my money back.

This product did not meet my needs. I had to return it.

I wouldn’t waste my time with this PC. It either freezes or crashes on most apps and this is not while multitasking. The build quality is also flimsy and plastics feel cheap to include a shoddy trackpad. The computer has been useless to my grade school child.
