Very slow

I needed a windows laptop for tests at school. This one is really slow for even basic web browsing. I would recommend getting something better, even if you don't need it for much. It is pretty painful to use

it's awful

The thing crashes constantly, right out if the box, is incredibly slow. If I wasn't waiting on a different laptop I would throw this out.

The store recommended to get another one. I did, we temoved the S10 which is awful, and it didn't work again and had to return it

Locks up.

That laptop also locked up. I plan to return it to Best Buy for a different model. I have to drive 40 miles round trip to the closest Best Buy.

I will not ask for help again

Literally opened this up to use brand new out of the box. It has frozen up then shuts down EVERY DAY since opened that first day. We didn't want to buy an HP because of how bad they are and this definitely secured that decision. Don't waste the money.

Do not buy

Returned it, picked up another one and it doesn't even turn on. Left it plugged in all night with no success. Will be returning it and getting my money back.

Its locked & said to call microsoft & when i did they said it would cost $300 to unlock. I just bought it for $300, so Im a very upset & unsatisfied customer unless i can return it for full refund tomarrow.
