I wouldn’t waste my time with this PC. It either freezes or crashes on most apps and this is not while multitasking. The build quality is also flimsy and plastics feel cheap to include a shoddy trackpad. The computer has been useless to my grade school child.

I went to all the trouble of loading all my programs on to this laptop and was pretty happy with the item until the letters started wearing off on my keyboard. What's up with that? Too cheap to spare the expense? Totally unacceptable. I plan I returning it.

The computer worked for 5 weeks and now will not turn on. No warranty information was provided, the serial number is impossibly hard to find. Nearly microscopic black on black engraved digits on the back of the case. I do not recommend.

I was displeased when I received my package. There was a return sheet from another customer for the laptop. I felt like I was getting a refurbished product and I immediately went back to Best Buy and returned the product and return sheet

I bought this brand new however the speakers don't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, completed all of the troubleshooting, and reformated and still didn't work. Seems to be a hardware issue. Will be returning.

Only lasted less than 6 months! Than it would turn off, not hold a charge & couldn't get it to stay on. Brought in to best buy, they couldn't do anything they said. What a total waste of money!

Only one star cause I couldn't pick none. After two weeks the laptop stop turning on and best buy said it's beyond refund time so I'm stuck and out of over 300 bucks.. never again

I bought this for my kids virtual learning class and the zoom program does not work. I returned it the same week. Also I payed for overnight shipping and did nor receive until 3 days later...

the first day it started locking up while simply browsing the internet and facebook!! wiped it out still does it! useless junk

Very nice computer. Delivery was fast. Never got to use it. It was defective right out of the box. The store I returned it to could not replace it because it was not in stock.

computer keeps locking up, took to geek squad,said they would order one in(2 wks ago.)still havn't gotten in.ask me after I get a computer that does not lock up 10 times a day.

I will no longer do business with Best Buy! Extremely unprofessional. Laptop was just thrown in the box and I had to put a piece back on that should of been on the laptop...

Open box. Defective upon arrival. Never will I do that again. Had to spend over a hour trying to get the full refund. Still pending after over a month

Bought in August. Having issues with it. Didn't get a warrantyy and this is only 8 months later. Screen letters are black and out of character.

This thing was exactly as it should be for the price.... cheap cheap cheap. Felt that every time you touched something it was going to break

Screen freezes all the time , slow response. Can’t even use for zoom meeting because the screen keeps stuck. Don’t know how those good rate come from.

crap computer...freeze every 5 mins. mind you, i only had the computer for about 2weeks...if anything happens....luckily i put warranty on it

Never showed up for installation. Was never notified of cancelation. 3 week wait for geek squad. Very understaffed. Poor communication. Never again

This was a purchase for a third grader in need of a school computer. When her dad tried to set it up for her online classes, their was no sound.
