Easy to set up. Was a great purchase that lasted for many years. Does not keep a long battery charge so I have to keep laptop plugged in for long use.

Needed this as a replacement for an older laptop, just to play games and streaming content. The key to this being a GREAT laptop is to turn of "S" mode in Windows, then it is a little workhorse. "S" mode prevents you from running anything on this laptop that is not downloaded from the Microsoft Store. This is not the fault of the manufacturer, but is an attempt by Microsoft to be like Apple, and it is very poorly executed.

Definitely would not have spent what I did if i knew it wouldn't last. Screen is tiny, constantly freezes, and the whole thing had like a memtal breakdown with in a month.

nice laptop. Sometimes the cursor doesn't move and its not because of my internet, because all other computers that "I have, the cursors works when the cursor on this laptop sometimes get stuck. Over all it does the job for what I need.

This laptop is fast and easy to use. I wish I would not have bought a Windows (Microsoft), but Windows 10 comes with a great antivirus software built in to the laptop. That's why it would have been good if the salesman would have known that the free antivirus software was not a good idea. If I use a second antivirus software it would slow down my computer. The internal memory is very quiet and reliable.

Get it while u can has two memory slots people at Best Buy told me no extra slots I’m at 24gb happy camper

I love this laptop, I am using this at school and as long the wifi connection is good it really fast. I got it for christmas and it is great.

It just stopped turning on one day- and it only got used a few times a week.

After researching "budget friendly" laptops for months, I decided to give this one a try. I had a Gateway laptop for 7 years without a moments problem until a couple months ago. I purchased this laptop online and received it quickly. The 2nd day I had it, it started freezing up. Even with just one tab opened. I'm a light user. I surf the net and get on FB. That's about it. I have to do a hard reset to even get the laptop to be responsive again. I was hoping and holding out that a software update would work the bugs out. It did not. I'm very disappointed. Now I have to drive 1.5 hours away to return this item. I should've believed all of the other reviews that had the exact same problem.

Had the laptop 3 weeks stopped working. Went to best Buy the said we couldn't return it because was past 15 days return policy. It's obvious there are manufacturers defects. My son brought it for me after my old HP laptop broke. I regret spending money on this it's a waste. HP says send it to their service center.

I have had this laptop for maybe 3 months and have had to perform 4 factory resets because of malware or just hp and Microsoft data gathering software slowing things way down and causing redirects. Very frustrating

For some reason my latop doesn’t want to connect it shows a straight line on network status
