My daughter loves her computer for her school work

Every time my child participates in his Microsoft Teams video session, the entire machine freezes - except for audio - about 10 minutes in. Doesn't matter if you're on WiFi or hard wired to the router. Extremely disappointed in this machine. Regret buying it before school started, as now it's too late to return!

the laptop works really good and it is light wait.

I need a cheap computer for doing some simple updates, a little wordprocessing, etc. etc. but it feels a tad slow compared to my 12-year-old apple even.

I will be returning this pc due to issues with the unit locking up an average of twice a week. I purchased the pc for my daughter to use for virtual school. The price was ok, but a new pc should not freeze as often as this one does. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more for something else. I am a tech guy that spends too much time fielding calls from a twelve year old because her pc is freaking out. Oh yea... camera on this thing is way too grainy!

Is an average computer for like a high schooler, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use it in college or work related.

The lap top arrived and the background pic on the laptop display was blurry and choppy. I could not download my browser of choice because it was loaded with MS Edge and I could not easily change the settings to allow for a download. Turned the camera on and I have never seen that poor of a picture since black and white television and bunny ears! I had to return the laptop.

It does the job. The kids can use Zoom, but at least once a day they have to reboot. Overall, it's doing what I needed it to. No frills.

Returned due to very poor webcam quality. I also don't like how the new Windows software makes using the Chrome browser more difficult.

When I first bought this it was great. Now only a little over a year and now there is a problem with the hard drive. States not found. Tried the recovery feature, nope. So it is basically useless now. Only purchased a 1 year warranty. Very disappointed barely lasted a little over a year. We hardly ever used it, just to hook up to our TV to watch online concerts etc.

This is ideal for basic every day use , got it for my sons mother and covers all the uses she needs for a computer . Feels sturdy and secure .

I got this for my 9 yr old to do digital learning. There is so much glitching during the Microsoft Meetings that she can't learn!!! I am working from home on a desktop just fine. My 5 yr old does digital learning on a desktop too with Microsoft Meetings with no problem. This lets me know it is not our internet but my 9 yr old brand new laptop that I just bought 2 days before school!!! To also test that it is the laptop I had my daughter use my son's desktop one day for class and there were no issues!!!!

Bought this unit 4 weeks ago and everything was going great but the cursor disappeared on the screen. Researched online how to fix the mouse and swipe pad but nothing worked. Even did a factory reset since I really didn't have a lot on there yet and still no mouse. Only thing that would work was a USB plugged in mouse. Took back to best buy but the said they have to send it out to be fixed and now I have to wait 2-4 weeks for repair.
