Problems after 4 weeks

Researched online how to fix the mouse and swipe pad but nothing worked. Even did a factory reset since I really didn't have a lot on there yet and still no mouse. Only thing that would work was a USB plugged in mouse. Took back to best buy but the said they have to send it out to be fixed and now I have to wait 2-4 weeks for repair.

Decent laptop for children
