Specs did not match the laptop

Specs on Best Buy showed this laptop includes 1 Ethernet port. Caused a big problem as this was needed for a time sensitive assignment.

You pay for what you get, not worth the money

We have had issues since day 1. It lags, glitches, poor battery lift. Online school and learning for my daughter has been frustrating with this device.

horrible freezes!!!!!

I try using a different browser to resolve issue but still freezes. You literally have to power off computer and power on to get to work and then freezes again!!!!!! returning asap!!
