This product is good too have a computer for work use in the home, and to surface.

bought for a class on line... does the job but not good for a personal laptop.

this product was ok. very light wouldnt allow me to sign into microsoft

No store near me. I ordered online while talking with csr on phone. Thought I was getting 15,6 which I have now. This would be good for a student but not a older person that has had a desk top for years and just went to a laptop a few yrs ago. Great service and simple return. Next time I will see before I buy.

The HP. Computer is always freezing up. You can not multi task. This should have been told to me before I purchased this hunk of junk. The computer is small. Grant it I know you have to get used to something new. But after a week or not even I was at the Geek Squad for help. They only held it for one day.

Bought an Open Box: Satisfactory and it was missing the power cord. Went back to the store and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because the label on the box said it was missing the AC adapter, so that's just the way it was. But of course, they never tell you what's missing until you go pick it up and they already have your money. Open Box Satisfactory is supposed to mean there might be some cosmetic damage and/or "non-essential accessories" missing. Is a power cord not an essential part of a laptop? Why would I buy a computer that can't be charged? Not to mention that this product was the only one available for miles and was still about a half hour drive from where I live. And having to make two trips just to end up getting a refund? Waste of my time and gas.

My daughter uses it mostly for video conferencing. She has minor issues.

I'm not a very tech-savvy kind of guy But this is probably the slowest machine I've seen in years Slow slow slow I'm returning this thing as soon as possible Spend a few dollars more and get something that has a little bit of power

Great for home school. Fairly easy to use and good value for money.

I just needed an inexpensive laptop to be able to keep the books for our small business so I bought this. No matter how I adjusted the lighting on the screen I had a really hard time seeing what I had pulled up. I ended up having to lay the screen in my lap with the key board standing straight up. Needless to say I returned it. Best Buy makes the return process really easy, 5 stars for that!

Good product works we never had a problem with the product

I purchased this after seeing mostly positive reviews here which are mostly from those who had not had this computer for very long. This machine is slow and freezes constantly and lately I've had the screen go black in which I would have to exit the internet browser and often that problem would happen again and again until I would just have to shut it off, and I don't even have that much on the hard-drive! This might be one of the worst computers I've worked with. This is a really bad investment and the Geek Squad protection is probably not worth it since I already want to get rid of this thing.
