Not good for virtual school or work

Purchased this for my Kindergarteners and it is constantly freezing and kicking us out of Teams meetings. Maybe it would be better for light browsing, cannot handle anything more that that.

Didn’t like this laptop

Horrible for remote learning

It freezes or the screen turns black even when it is connected to the internet. I wish I could’ve returned it but only a 15 day refund. Save your money and get something better!

Very disappointing

It continues to freeze every time she logs into her online video classroom. Very disappointing.

Storage Discrepancy

The advertisement says this PC comes with 128 GB. I did not think to check this until I was faced with an error message saying I didn't have enough space when I was trying to move some files around.

I’ve experienced multi freezing screens off line. I also did not receive the anti virus that is offer with this product

Reconsider another HP model or another make!

Used approx. 30 minutes over three days and experienced screen freezing, 1 to 2 minute lagged start-ups and screen going black. Constantly rebooting. I currently own (and using) two working HP laptops that are over twelve years old. No problems with either since purchase. I believe this model should be be recalled. I now hesitate purchasing another HP laptop. Caveat emptor. This is especially applicable to this item which is under a strict 15 day replacement warranty.
