Mouse pad click will actually send the curser to another spot so the pad is worth less if you use click not double tap. Big keys. No additional numbered keys i in n right side. Worth the money I suppose but the mouse pad is worthless.

I really loved this laptop. Unfortunately, I haven’t even had it a year yet and somehow most of the keys on the keyboard don’t work anymore. Now I’ll have to purchase another laptop for school since my classes start today!

This laptop is waste of money, I had only two days and it starts Freezing and shows black screen. I did update the software every time and turn it on and off but the problem still the same...

It wouldn't work with my MS Wireless Adapter (My other 2 computers did). It couldn't seem to handle much activity. It kept freezing. Then quit altogether. I'll be returning it.

My daughter was using this and within the first week the strip that holds it together broke. Then within a year it just started lagging horribly with the virus protection.

I had to return this item because it was awful. I only used it a few times and in those times, the laptop kept freezing up. I will not purchase one of these again.

Just got this laptop and literally the only thing I've done is download Google Chrome. Laptop is the slowest laptop I've ever had, especially since I bought it new.

I bought it in August for my sons virtual learning and the hard drive crashed in October. I would suggest not buying this computer. It’s a great price but not worth it.

Pro: The laptop is light weight and easy to carry around. Cons:The video camera has stopped working and its super slow. I hope HP will look into this under the mfg warranty. My kid needs it for school.

This computer didn't meet the requirements we needed. We returned and choose another computer that is working very well. It was easy to exchange and we are happy with what we have. Thank you. Susan

having trouble with it the second day after purchased. cursor freezing up on it .you close out things and it keeps coming back. i think it's a refurbished computer. not worth the money.

Avoid this at all costs. This laptop is sooooo crappy I don't think it's new because it's already behaving like it's refurbished. I bought it for my 8yr old and didn't want to spend a lot of money because he'll break it soon anyway. This was a waste though. This time I should have spent more and got a decent laptop suitable for remote learning. This thing is dirt bottom 2 for $1 cheap. Seriously, this laptop might have been ok 10 years ago--that's how cheap it is. I seriously could have built a better one out of cardboard.

My parents just wanted a simple laptop to look at YouTube videos and go on Facebook mostly. I had to exchange it because when you played a video it would just freeze and you would have to force quit. Got the replacement and it did the same thing! So I had to return it. Only about $329, you get what you pay for I guess.

It had went to a blue screen. Talked to technical support, they had me trying a few things. Ended up sending me a thumb drive for windows 10 and still had blue screen and not working

Paid 300 and this computer sucks you literally have to charge it over and over although it says the battery power is long lasting

do not waste your money--had to take to Best Buy Geek Squad and found out the mother board is bad, brand new computer nothing install on it and it has to be sent for repair to BB service because HP was absolutely of no help. Buy a Toshiba or Dell where the customer service people speak English. Totally disappointed in HP which is supposed to be made in the US. Don't waste your money!!!!

Laptop Constantly Freezes Which requires constantly turning laptop on and off

There’s a reason that it’s inexpensive. The computer keeps shutting off and rebooting. It’s a struggle to download anything because it turns off.

You could find nicer laptops for just $20-30 more. The athlon chip shouldn't be sold anymore. Its so slow and makes the SSD pointless.
