I've tried to use this computer in multiple places and it will be stuck loading up just the home page for Google for half an hour. I just got this to use for school work so I don't have anything downloaded on the computer at all. No reason for it to go this slow

She loves it’. I had ordered one prior but it wasn’t what she wanted so when I took it back for an exchange my salesclerk was so helpful and took time with me to decide what and which other computer I wanted!
