If you know what to expect, it's fine. This is not a high end expensive item, but it's functional and well worth the sub $200 asking price for someone who just needs a utilitarian option.

This a good computer for a student ir some quick office work. I would recommend switching out of S mode because it limits what you can do. The 64gb storage is minimal but easily increased with a mini usb flash drive. The ram is also easily upgraded aswell, with an 8gb ram stick it ups the ram to 12gb My wife loved the color and it is working out great for her.

Slow, it lags. Not the best laptop, if you need it for work this is not a good choice

Got this computer for my 12 year olds homeschooling. It is a basic, but efficient computer, and a good size for her. It is able to be navigated easily and is a very pretty color! If you want something simple and reliable that doesn't break the bank this computer is great!

This new laptop is great and doing very well!! I had it and my new HP Smart Tank 5100 printer set up by Z at Geek Squad in Best Buy. It's been doing great!

good price for this product, was a steal. It does everything I need it for and more. nice size and weight is not a concern I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a computer at a excellent price and with the speed and capabilities.

I use my laptop for school and it has a great battery life. I haven't had any issues with it. I wish there was more storage space to save documents. I suggest getting something to increase storage for this device if the work you are planning to do requires a lot of documentation.

Very pleased with the hp laptop. It is everything I need for my occupation. The storage is plenty and it works great.

Pleasantly surprised, although coming from someone who’s only used Apple products in the past, it was a slight learning curve and it wasn’t as user-friendly as it probably could’ve been especially since I used it for minimal things. If you need it for minimal work and just basic Internet or small documents then I could get the job done although I thought the speed wasn’t fast maybe I’m just impatient. .

Great laptop. Love the color. Only down fall was it did not work with my schools blackboard.

I bought this laptop simply for class work, no gaming or anything hefty. It does the job perfectly and thankfully doesn’t lag and is quick to start up and load. I underestimated it when I saw the price, but I was in need of a laptop and short on money. However it exceeded my expectations and I absolutely love using it! It’s also lightweight and has a cute design. The keyboard is comfortable to type with. The mousepad is also good, but I still prefer a mouse. The battery life is very sustainable and takes hours for it to drain to even 50%. I once had a more expensive laptop that would deplete its battery in less than 4 hours.

I love this laptop it was wonderful, it’s a great laptop for a college students. Great battery life, everything about is great.

It is a great starter computer for my "preenager" there are a few extra unnecessary programs on it that slow it down. If you don't know what to unistall, get you someone that can.

I really like this laptop. There are a few downsides for it, but overall I like it. I use Google for almost everything I do. I can't download the Google browser. I have to turn S mode off to download anything other than Microsoft. I miss my side numbers keypad, and things are set up differently. The price was great. I got a new laptop because my old one would not update to Windows 11. Screen is a little smaller than I am use to.
