I bought this item to use with my projector to watch movies. This hp 14" laptop meets those needs. It is also lightweight so I can transport it easily.

The staff at Best Buy were all great. They really helped me because I am not computer competent. I just know how to turn it on. Then I called tech support and over the phone he helped me adjust some programing. So I would give the staff 5 stars. The computer itself well I may still bring it back. The mouse board thing doesn't always work and requires a heavy finger or thumb to make it click. Then there is all the pop ups, WOW that is all I can say. No computer I have ever owned has done this before. I just bought it to run a particular program that can not be erupted. There is a pop up once or twice a day! Very annoying as then I have to shut everything down and then set up the program again. The computer 1 1/2 star.

I purchased the computer because I didn’t have a PC and needed one for something my ipad wasn’t capable of. It took almost 30 minutes to load the application i needed onto the computer, and another 30 minutes to extract the data from my iphone. The computer i had 15 years ago as a freshamn in college was literally 10x more effective than this machine. I didnt expect much for the price, but this was shockingly bad. I also received an alert that the storage was full after downloading 2 applications from the HP store. Im sure i will never turn it on again.

I needed an inexpensive laptop for home. I just needed something for emails, social media and that sort of thing and this laptop is just right.

This is an excellent entry level laptop computer that is easy to use and the price at Best Buy is the best I could find!! HP is my choice for quality and performance for my budget.

It is a very good laptop for the money that it cost .I have not had any problems with it and it is faster than i expected it to be .Thanks

I purchased this laptop for my daughter to use for college and Aldo it comes in handy for typing up papers and stuff, there is barely any room on it to do much of anything else. Once you saved a few things it would tell you that you were constantly out of room. I would not recommend this item!

It is really good for operating a few chrome or edge pages, but after about 3, it begins to lag. The graphics are nice, but it cannot run games like genshin or minecraft. I would say it is good for work or school, if you have a lot of writing assignments.

I love it but is a little slow sometimes to start up defiently would recommend this computer to someone who knows how to use them as they need to switch it out of S mode for it to work properly

I purchased this for myself because I needed a laptop for my personal work. I love it! It's small and powerful and easy to carry around. It fits on my desk along with my work laptop.

My first time in school and this computer is compatible and mostly all colleges online should approve this device it’s an easy to use computer at a great price for me
