My screen already started flashing, like not turning on. We rebooted it a d let it sit, it came on today, but really only after a month and a half?

Good for the price. Runs a little slower than other computers. Videos and pictures are a bit pixelated and blurry; not as clear as a MacBook. But decent for the price. Relatively easy to navigate. Works better once all updates have been completed. Has all the basic essentials.

The computer is very slow. I wish I could say I'm happy with my purchase, but for my usage, I needed a more powerful laptop. Overall, this is a good computer to do web browsing.

I'm not sure how this thing has so many great reviews. The first thing I did after unboxing this thing and powering on was go to the default browser, Microsoft Edge. The browser was immediately unresponsive and I had to quit it. A few more attempts and I gave up on Edge for Chrome. Installing Chrome was a nightmare because I had to download the installer through Edge which crashed multiple times as I attempted to download Chrome. Once I finally downloaded Chrome, I opened a window and was greeted by yet another unresponsive page. Maybe I'm just used to more expensive machines, but this thing has the computing power of a toaster. I guess I should not have expected much from a sub $200 laptop, but the reviews led me astray here. If it cannot handle basic browsing straight out of the box, what is going to happen down the road when I have 10 chrome tabs open? Everything about this machine is slow. I do like the design and weight though. Returning immediately.

Nice gift for the price. Bought it for my daughter in laws birthday and it was perfect for what she needed it for.. grocery shopping etc. nice little computer for the price.

The only issue i've had is the fact that google chrome could not be used on this computer. using google chrome slows the computer but when using internet explorer is a lot faster, which makes not sense. Loved the color and the size, perfect for fitting in a backpack or school bag.

I’ve been using this laptop now for several weeks, primary for college. It’s been perfect and has everything I need for a pretty decent price. Definitely recommend.

Got this for my 15 yr old. He wanted a gaming computer but I’m not paying that much for one. It’s not the best but he still enjoys it a lot.

Great purchase for work. I bought this laptop for an intern who joined my business. It's simple enough to use easily and does all the functions needed for day-to-day tasks. The white color is also really pretty and stands out nicely!

DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. It doesn't run even at a moderate speed. I couldn't get it to run Google Chrome without crashing, and even then I had to jump through hoops to get it to let me download and install a browser that wasn't Edge. On top of that, EDGE CRASHES TOO! It's a trash computer and it's not even worth the $200 I paid for it. It needs 8GB AT LEAST to run decently. It's awful
