Great for streaming and email

However I would not expect performance or even use Office unless i had to. social media runs okay on it. Works about as a Chromebook. I have it set up in my kitchen to play Youtube or netflix while I cook and it serves its purpose well.

Slow and no storage space

At least I could transfer my information with ease and keep rolling. Thank u to BestBuy/ HP you worked it out for me

Really super slow, cheap, crashes, doesn’t load

If you are looking for a fast computer or just a computer that can load up quickly and get apps going this is NOT the computer for you. It is extremely slow and often crashes if you open up too many things at once. It couldn’t even load up to Google without crashing. Taking it back EXPEDITIOUSLY. Bite the bullet and buy a $300-$400 I know this one is cheap but it is not worth the money.
