Dead in 4 Months

No documents or anything. She has one tab open and stays on that one site/tab. Its completely crashed out. Charges and wont do anything else. We tried hard reseting two different ways and using the motherboard failure correction. I wouldnt even recommend it as a paperweight.

Difficult to download other search engine or browser .A complete waste of money. Wanted to return it, but needed it for a series of Zoom meetings. Now I'm stuck with it.
