    The computer is a little slow at first but once you continue to use it, it's fine. Works great. I am using it for school. The screen is clear and it is better than a chromebook to me.

    PC works great. This was purchased for my Mother in Law and she is happy with the ease of working on the Laptop. Very easy setup. The only take away is that after setting up you have to take it out a the mode that comes by default and then you can download software outside of Microsoft. Besides that it’s not that bad.

    I received a notice that my laptop had arrived and was ready for pickup. I was happy that it had arrived on time and was ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the customer service desk to pickup my laptop and it only took seconds. Overall, the service at Best Buys can't be beat.

    Very mediocre you get what you pay for if its for youtube then its great but that about it if its for school or a job where you have to type it sucks if your an impatient person wouldnt recommend and before you say its your wifi it isnt mh wifi works very well sometimes i feel like this comouter might just explode for kids its great but for the actual use it was made for bleh might return it
