Dont buy

Sent computer back the day i got it and STILL havent received a full refund. Never buying thru any other place online like this again. I thought i was buying from best buy not some person. Very unhappy this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Garbage product

I'm simply using it to browse the internet and I'd rather use my phone. Cheapest product on the shelf. You get what you pay for, I suppose. If creating a word doc, I'd rather use stone and chisel.

Got it when it was on sale which was a plus. Speed is good. I did switch from the preinstalled web browser (Microsoft Edge) to something else. Just wasn't happy with it. The only real complaint is the on switch. It barely protrudes above the case so it is hard to tell if you are actually depressing it or not.
