    Numerous problems too many to list in the 6-7 weeks oF ownership--Not hyperbole Locked up often This past week the screen cracked on its own as i was looking at a document -wasnt even touching it--Surreal Owned laptops since 1998, over 30 about 25 HPs-my first laptop purchase from Best Buy--THIS IS THE WORST- Was an HP brand loyalist, Now i am thinking i never will again i dont recall being this frustrated about a purchase this early, It started right as the 2 week grace period came to a close, Lots of thoughts about planned obsolescence and inferior components DO NOT BUY

    The size and design are nice. I needed something for school, and this was affordable, so I gave it a go. This laptop was very slow and two days after I purchased it, the system completely erased my profile and all settings, downloads, etc. I returned it for a MacBook.

    Purchased as a first laptop for my twins as they entered college Aug 2023. For the price this computer works great. Of course, its larger than what the average teen likes but its has nice graphics, touchscreen and it get the job done!!!

    Purchased for daughter to use for zoom meetings. Excellent color/display and screen size. Easy to setup and use. Comfortable to carry away from home r/t its light weight, small size. Screen size still large enough for ease of viewing without eye strain.

    TOTAL trash. Do not buy this laptop. It's frustratingly slow, and it cannot keep up with the most basic of tasks. I'm no computer or laptop snob, but this shouldn't have even been made it's so awful. All I wanted it for was to write in Word for school and to navigate a few secure websites. It took 20+ minutes to open tabs. It doesn't respond and seems to forget you initiated something (clicking on Windows button, etc). Returning after 1 week. Do not waste your time or energy on this. It would work better as a prop on the set of a play than to use as a computer.
