    You get what you pay for. I had to uninstall Google Chrome because it completely froze the computer up. It is much better now, but it still isn't the best. It's a decent basic laptop for the price.

    Great reliable laptop for school or work. windows S mode, so you can only download Microsoft apps/ and Edge browser is only downfall , as I favor the Chrome browser. No back light keyboard

    Slow, cumbersome, requires significant force to press / click. Not able to handle several apps running simultaneously. Thought it would be a good travel laptop but it was below expectations. Even worse its power cord is not USBC and caused issues.

    They shouldn’t sell windows computers with these specs. It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

    Very slow, get a lot of "page not responding" messages. I have to go and manually sync the time every time I log on. Nice looking, not enough ports. Was also hard to connect to any printer.

    This is a fantastic computer. It’s fast, light weight, it was cheaper than most laptops and it fits perfect in many types of bags. It has really elevated how to take on college and it’s responsiblities.
