I love it it's a great item and I really loved it so much

I'm giving the laptop one star only because it looks nice. I'm usually someone who is big on quality, but I needed something quick for a project and couldn't use my MacBook, so I just went with this. I figured I would give it to my son after. It has to be the worst laptop i've ever used. It's so slow and there's nothing even on it. It also freezes a lot. Don't buy this!

Great prices for kids to use at school. Would recommend ten out of ten

Graduation gift that is perfect for college. Works fabulously with Microsoft products. The price was a major contributor in the decision to buy.

Light weight good for small projects, video calling quality was ok camera is a bit grainy but it works. Love the blue color.

Honestly not worth the headache in my opinion. I was laid off recently and needed a new personal laptop to work off of for resumes and interviews. First day I got the laptop I set it up, it was freezing on me. I have yet to go a day using this without it freezing when working on it. I was just using Microsoft word, that comes with the computer, and it’s glitching. Saying something that is “14” point font is “10” point font, when it’s clearly not, the format painter wasn’t even working properly to help me fix it. It’s constantly freezing on me and I’m doing the BARE minimum on this laptop. I restarted the computer and went to go to my LinkedIn profile and it froze instantly. It’s not like I have 3 internet broswers open am with 17357227 tabs, I’m working with one internet browser and 1 tab at a time and it still freezes. And don’t say “oh maybe it’s your internet” It’s not my internet because I have the highest internet possible for home and I’ve never had issues before when using my old work computer. Spend the little extra money and invest in a Better laptop. This things trash.
