    Webroot antivirus software is not recognized by Microsoft and will not load.

    It took forever to load pages on the internet on day 2. I tried on chrome and edge. Nothing. No it wasnt the internet. Also it wouldn't let me download the antivirus included by best buy because it wasnt a microsoft app. Wth? Had to return it.
