Did what it was supposed to do, but stopped working after a year. Won’t charge and warranty expired.

This computer is garbage. It is incredibly slow from the beginning. We've had nothing but issues with the computer since day 1. I've tried to reset it to factory settings and it won't even allow that to happen.

Major problem in less than 3 months had to take back to the store to see if it can be repaired if not replaced. Waiting for follow up from customer service department

It just deleted my os off the computer after I barley used it and it was working fine the time I used it and then next time I turned it on i couldn’t do anything not even get into the computer And I needed it for work and Sa’s screwed

I hate to say anything negative because I love HP products and bought and enjoyed several laptops through the years. But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

If you really need a good computer don’t buy the computer because it’s going to be a waste of money. The computer is so slow you will not be able to do nothing on it. It’s like totally a trash.

I was looking for an entry level pc for my daughter and I let her select a laptop. She selected this one because it's size was similar to her chromebook and she didn't want a touch screen. Unfortunately, this laptop has a celeron processor that does work properly when it heats up. It will freeze up the task bar, disable the functionality of some of the buttons. Worst thing, it may not allow you to sign into your account. We have best buy's total care, we took it to their Geek Squad twice, the issues persisted, and their final word was it's a low-grade computer and processor, so you should expect these kinds of problems.

This Computer is really Slow. I’ve had it a couple a months. Initially i bought an hp laptop and that wasn’t any good so I traded it in for idea pad and it’s even worse. Very slow!
