This was for a gift to my niece and still working very good was a gift do to there Harley have money to eat but my niece work hard to study and that why I divided to gift this gift to her.

I recently purchased the HP 14" Laptop in Snowflake White, and I have to say it's been a pleasant surprise. The sleek design and the snowflake white color give it a modern and clean look. While it's not a powerhouse, the Intel Celeron processor and 4GB of memory handle everyday tasks, web browsing, and streaming quite well. The 64GB eMMC storage is adequate for my needs, and the laptop boots up quickly. The 14" screen is a good size for both work and entertainment. Overall, it's a great budget-friendly laptop for basic computing needs. The only drawback is that it may not be suitable for heavy multitasking or demanding applications, but for the price, it's a solid choice.

Love this laptop. Haven't found anything I dislike about it. It's so nice and light and I'm glad it has Windows 11 and not Chrome OS. It's the perfect size for portability without being too small (like a tablet is).

The HP - 14" Laptop was exactly what I needed. So was the cost for the purchase.

Great product, very durable and good for the daily use!

Overall a good laptop for the price point, handles the standard computing tasks. Cons: Takes a while to get fully up to speed after restarting. Struggles with video calls, just not enough memory to run a video call and other applications.

Bought this laptop for our daughter for Christmas so she could use it to learn about the windows operating system and do coding. It does everything she needs it to do and she is very happy with it.

Love it great computer a few iff things but what can u say for a used already owned once computer left in a hotel room when running away

This product is diffidently a beginner for elementary student who are just learning how to operate this device. Finically funds were not available to purchase a system with more bells and whistle. The price was reasonable for what the system capabilities were. I would recommend this unit be purchased by beginners.

I love my computer its very nice. It's better on traveling I can leave my desk top at home. The battery last a long time it's light and very fast.

I bought as gift for sisters new job. I had an BIG issue with the s mode feature when setting up. The computer was SLOW opening apps took over 6mins and crashing repeatedly an 2 hrs after purchase. I decided to turn it off which it says is permanent. The laptop is working GREAT NOW, with no s mode. My nephew has also bought one for school, also had to disable s mode. S mode made downloading google browser which is what we use very difficult, once disable I got their default browser switched to google. The drive size is a concern but bought portable drives for them, for extra space. Its a nice basic laptop for the price. I have recommended it to my other sister and niece for a better school computer. This is not a chrome book, thank god

This computer is great for travel or relaxing at home.

It is slow but does the job. Make sure to upgrade the RAM from 4 GB to 8 GB to ensure that it is actually usable for something as basic as work or school, though, since 4 GB struggles to boot and open apps.

Nice small computer. I bought it for my grandson as a birthday gift. He’s only 7 so it’s a starter laptop. It didn’t break the bank and he can use it for school and play games on it.

The laptop is very light weight and sleek. I love how easy to use. However after applying the updates to the laptop, it seems to be slow and lag after logging in. It gets frustrating when trying to open multiple pages and open simple apps.

Needed to replace a laptop. Saw this smaller one for a great price. Also received a tablet for Christmas. So I can switch back and forth to both now. Always have purchased HP laptops. Easy setup and to use.

Really solid little laptop for the price. (Mine was on sale for $200.) No frills, and the keyboard is not as responsive as more expensive models. But perfect for a back-up or travel laptop when all you need is Office and other reasonably resource-lean work programs. Not much memory, but it has an SD card slot to remedy that.
