The size of this computer and the features it comes with are just what I need. The price is also very reasonable.

Not bad for the price. Only using this machine for a single function. Watch out though, while the specs say it has a mic input, that is really a combination headphone with integrated microphone connection.

Easy to use and affordable laptop , light weight ..

I bought 2 of these for my 7 & 8 year olds to use for virtual learning and for personal use, especially gaming. Perfect for school. 8 year old says it’s a little glitchy while playing Roblox but it could be all of the devices in our home using the wifi at the same time causing this. Otherwise, this has been an amazing purchase.

I didn’t give it an excellent because unfortunately it did t have the CD port that I thought it would. It is good for my work needs though and emailing and creating and storing forms and documents and I love the color because it’s clean and I’m girly and this is perfect.

Serves the purpose for school needs. I Wish common used software was included with purchase (ie Adobe Acrobat).

Great laptop. Sort of slow but if you have the time it works great. If you are always in a rush dont buy this. Buy one with better spcs.

Everything I purchase at best buy has been excellent. I have never had issues. I have taken old computers to them and they have fix them to new. My new laptop is top notch. I love that I can move anywhere and conduct business. Thanks best buy your the best!

This laptop is not good for very much. It reminds me of a low-powered pc you could buy in the late 80s or early 90s. This thing is slow as molasses. It's my fault for buying it knowing better but buying it anyways. To give an idea of how slow this thing is. I reinstalled Windows to get all the crap HP loads n to computers and it took 3 hr's to do a clean install of Windows. When I open Chrome if I have more than 1 tab open it slows the computer down so much that it's unusable. You can watch videos but get ready to wait for your video app to open. My main computer is working again and this HP is going into the closet. I'm not even going to give this laptop away because in this day and age this laptop is useless you can't run a PC nowadays that is no more powerful than a 2000model 500mhz Pentium CPU and expect it to run modern apps, it's not going to happen. A simple webpage can bring this laptop down. So in closing, I would not recommend this laptop to anyone you will almost immediately regret it

This is a great laptop for everyday use. Easy to use. I would recommend this laptop for adults and students. Great price for a a everyday laptop for anyone who is on a budget.
